Mina began almost 20 years ago in a square called Mina. What started as a simple therapy clinic slowly became something more.

People didn't come only for therapy sessions. They came to talk, to learn, to attend small events, and to feel part of a safe and welcoming space. Over time, Mina became a house for the community, a place where people could reflect, grow, and support one another.

But the world has changed. Life has become faster, more uncertain, and often more overwhelming. No matter where we live, many of us face similar struggles, stress, relationships, loneliness, and the search for meaning.

Today, Mina is expanding that same spirit beyond the square where it began. Our goal is simple: to bring the care, connection, and trust of that house in Mina to people everywhere through online therapy.
